Velox Air Charter will only contract for services with operators that are fully certified by The Federal Aviation Administration and The U.S. Department of Transportation under 14 CFR Part 135 and Part 121 Regulations or their foreign Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) equivalent. Carriers are solely responsible for the air transportation arranged on behalf of Velox Air Charter clients. Velox Air Charter is not a direct or indirect air carrier and is in compliance with US 14 CFR Part 295 and 298 Charter Broker rules. Velox Air Charter does not carry additional liability insurance, all passengers are covered by the aircraft operator insurance.
